These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Indoor Cricket USA website, online booking system, customer accounts, turf and facility reservations, appointments, academy programs, memberships, subscriptions, events, leagues, tournaments, and other services offered through our website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our Services.

If a minor participates in an academy program, event, league, tournament, training session, or other activity, registration and participation may require the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain features of our Services may require you to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • All activities conducted through your account

  • Updating your information when necessary

You must not share your account credentials with another person or use another person's account without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Turf and Facility Bookings

Indoor Cricket USA provides online booking services for available turf, lanes, facilities, and other scheduled activities.

When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Booking date and time

  • Number of participants

  • Selected facility, turf, or lane

  • Any other information requested during the booking process

A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking has been successfully completed and a confirmation has been issued.

Availability is subject to the dates, times, facilities, and booking capacity shown at the time of reservation.

4. Booking Confirmation and Management

After completing a booking, you may receive a confirmation through the email address provided during the booking process.

Your confirmation email may contain information or a link that allows you to access and manage your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you may use the booking-management option or account login provided through your confirmation email, where available.

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our applicable Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and the specific terms displayed at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for keeping their booking confirmation emails and account information accessible.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Because our facilities and services are reserved for specific dates and time slots, cancellation and rescheduling may be subject to deadlines and restrictions.

The applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated during the booking process and/or described in our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

A cancellation made after the applicable deadline may not qualify for a refund or credit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges where applicable.

6. Missed Bookings and No-Shows

If you do not attend a confirmed booking, appointment, training session, or other scheduled activity without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

No-show bookings may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

7. Memberships and Subscriptions

Indoor Cricket USA may offer memberships, subscriptions, academy programs, training programs, or other recurring services.

Where a service is provided on a recurring basis:

  • The applicable membership or subscription price will be displayed before purchase.

  • The billing frequency will be disclosed during registration.

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

  • Cancellation may stop future renewals but may not automatically refund a period that has already started.

  • Membership benefits are subject to the specific terms of the applicable membership or subscription.

  • Certain memberships may have additional attendance, booking, or usage restrictions.

Additional terms may apply to specific membership plans.

8. Academy, Training and Scheduled Programs

Participation in academy programs, coaching sessions, training programs, leagues, tournaments, and other scheduled activities may be subject to additional rules.

Participants are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Follow instructions from coaches and staff

  • Follow facility rules

  • Treat staff, coaches, players, and other participants respectfully

  • Use equipment and facilities responsibly

  • Follow applicable safety requirements

Indoor Cricket USA reserves the right to remove a participant from a program or facility for serious or repeated violations of facility rules or inappropriate conduct.

9. Facility Rules and Conduct

When using our facilities, you agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and reasonable directions from Indoor Cricket USA staff.

You must not:

  • Damage or misuse property or equipment

  • Engage in threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior

  • Harass staff, coaches, players, or other customers

  • Enter restricted areas without authorization

  • Use the facility for unlawful activities

  • Interfere with another customer's booking or use of the facility

  • Bring prohibited items or substances onto the premises

  • Engage in conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk

We may refuse access to or remove individuals who violate these rules, subject to applicable law.

10. Payments and Pricing

Prices for bookings, memberships, subscriptions, programs, events, and other Services are displayed at the time of purchase or registration.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your booking or purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time the transaction is completed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurs.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.

Taxes and other applicable charges may apply.

11. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors.

We may not directly store complete payment card information. Payment information may be processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due for your bookings, memberships, subscriptions, or other Services.

12. Refunds

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of a refund depends on the type of service purchased and the applicable cancellation terms.

Certain bookings, memberships, subscriptions, events, tournaments, or promotional offers may have specific refund conditions.

  • Staff or operational requirements

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If a confirmed service is significantly affected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information provided during registration or booking.

Where applicable, we may offer an alternative date, rescheduling option, account credit, or refund according to the circumstances and applicable policy.

15. Assumption of Risk

Participation in cricket, sports training, physical activities, turf use, coaching sessions, and related activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that physical and sporting activities may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

You agree to follow safety instructions and facility rules and to use reasonable care while participating.

Where required, participants may be asked to complete additional waivers, releases, or consent forms before participating in certain activities.

16. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while using our facilities.

Indoor Cricket USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the facility.

17. Website and Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and booking system available and functional.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available

  • The booking system will always operate without interruption

  • All information will always be error-free

  • All Services will always be available

  • Technical issues will never occur

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website or booking system for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our Services, facilities, schedules, memberships, programs, prices, and events.
