*Batting drills focused on a variety of shots including, the sweep shot, square cut, hook shots, hitting over the top, power hitting and overall shot selections.
*Bowling focus on improving players run up, and using a variety of drills to increase accuracy for both seamers or spin bowlers alike
*Fielding training in and out of the 30 yard circle. Preparation before the ball leaves the bat. In close and boundary catches. When to attack and be defensive in fielding.
*Leadership - analyze a game, mental approach, effecient players utilization, field placement, field position, knowing the playing conditions
